Our story

It was 2019 during summer vacation in a seaside city, we just had a great night out and forgot that it was almost midnight. When we got in the car to go back to the hotel, unfortunately our car could not be started. We’ve tried everything from searching the web for nearby car service, calling car insurance to asking the hotel for help, but to no avail. In a strange town, with neither friends nor acquaintances, we didn’t know what to do. After almost an hour of waiting, we felt hopeless. But then, a miracle happened. A nice taxi driver saw us and helped us start the car. That night, we understood what it was like to have a roadside incident but could not find any timely assistance. This has driven us to use all of our creativity, business and technological acumen to create a product so that no one has to go through this.

CEO

With more than 20 years of experience in software development, Danny and his tech team have developed eCarAid platform in 2020, to build a kindness community for drivers as well as digitize auto repair shops. Before eCarAid, Danny has worked for various leading companies in US and Vietnam such as Nortel Network, IBM, MobileIron.

Nicholas Bui

General Manager

Prior to joining eCarAid as General Manager, Nicholas has over 30 years of experience in sales & marketing and has held key positions in public and private corporations such as Asian Sources Pte., Ltd, VCCI Trade & Service, B&I Exhibiton Service Co., Ltd. Nicholas got Bachelor of Business Administration at General University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Man Nguyen

CMO

Before joining eCarAid as CMO, Man held the same position at Crystal Bay Plus and consult strategic marketing for Crystal Bay Group. Man graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Massachusetts in the United States.

Son Phan

Sales Director

Before joining eCarAid as Sales & Marketing director, Son has more than 25 years of experience in sales & marketing and has held the role of national sales manager for large corporations in Vietnam such as Kinh Do, Trung Nguyen Coffee and some technology companies like VPIN. Son got Bachelor of Business Administration at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Wenny Ngo

CFO

Wenny has five years of experience in auditing services at KPMG for manufacturing, technology, and F&B corporations. She used to be the CFO of an F&B startup. Wenny holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in finance from Coventry University, UK.

Victor Ngo

CTO

Before joining eCarAid, Victor had participated in some big projects in telecommunication industry at Mobifone and banking industry at Eximbank. Victor has more than 15 years of experience in the field of software and architect for large systems in Vietnam. Victor is holding the position of CTO at eCarAid.

Andy Huynh

Technical Director

Before joining eCarAid and holding the role of technical director, Andy used to hold important positions such as software architect for large corporations such as FPT Soft, MeCorp.

BT Tee

Business Development Director

Before joining eCarAid as Business Development Director, BT spent 15 years in manufacturing operations before joining the exhibitions industry where he quadrupled Singapore Exhibition Services divisional revenue in his tenure. He managed a growing business for Informa (Plc) Vietnam - operating across 10 industry sectors and previously served on SACEOS and the Instrumentation Control Society of Singapore as a Council member. BT got Master’s Degree in Technology Management.
